TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing or using this website, including all related services, systems, platforms, players, and applications, you agree to voluntarily consent to any and all Terms of Service found herein.
Tixify has the right to modify these Terms of Service agreement at our discretion, and the terms will become effective immediately upon publication to this website. The version of these Terms of Service in effect at the time an event ticket is purchased will govern that transaction.
We provide the ticketing software used to process ticket sales and admissions for the events on this website, including streamed events. We are not responsible for the production, experience or cancellation of events on our system. If you are unsatisfied with your experience with an event listed on the Tixify system, you must speak to a valid representative of the event or venue.
Status as Content Provider
Tixify is not responsible for any content posted or displayed on any page within the Tixify website by our registered users (including event organizers). Such information does not represent the viewpoints or opinions of our company. Tixify cannot be held responsible for any agreements, contracts, unfulfilled promises or any communication made between an event organizer and a third party. Tixify is not responsible for any illegal or unlawful material — including defamatory, indecent, pornographic, obscene, otherwise objectionable or harmful, or copyrighted material — posted to an event page by an event organizer on our system or otherwise provided by users to, through, or using this website.
Accuracy of Information
Users of any of Tixify services certify that any information provided to us is complete and accurate. Tixify will make every effort to validate the billing information you provide to us; however, if we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets or prohibit you from using this website.
Alteration of Event Listings
Tixify reserves the right to expunge any event from the Tixify website at any time, under any circumstances, and for any reason.
Tixify is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased; however, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.
If an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket will be issued to customers who purchased tickets. Service, delivery and transaction fees will not be refunded.
The event organizer will have control over any refund availability and duration. You understand and acknowledge that Tixify cannot, and has no obligation to, issue refunds unless and until Tixify actually receives all such corresponding funds from the applicable event organizer.
If an event is postponed to a later date, it is the event organizer’s responsibility to update the listing and notify Tixify. In such a case, the event’s organizer is required to accept outdated tickets at the door for entrance into the event. For tickets distributed electronically, the event’s organizer shall be responsible for updating electronic tickets to reflect the postponement of the event.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the event organizer due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, the event organizer will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the event organizer. To find out about the refund availability and process:
you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or
you can review notices posted on the event organizer’s website or contact the event organizer via the email address supplied on the event organizer’s Tixify listing.
If the event was moved or rescheduled, the event organizer may set refund limitations. Contact the event organizer for exact instructions.
If a refund has been confirmed by Tixify then the following refund method applies:
If you booked online or by phone using a credit card, Tixify will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.
If you booked in an authorised Tixify retail outlet, please return to the same outlet you purchased from and take along with your Tixify receipt to obtain a full refund within 90 days of the event cancellation. You will be asked to sign for your refund. If you are genuinely unable to return to the store for a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org providing details of the event and point of purchase and any other information as reasonably required to allow Tixify to arrange a refund. Note that any refunds conducted through this method will take significantly longer than refunds conducted through the retail outlet.
If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of the Tixify platform, you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.
Exchanges And Refunds
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET will be given or service fee except in accordance with the applicable Law. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable except in certain circumstances where required by law as stated in the Terms and Conditions of purchase. Tixify cannot offer you a refund if you can no longer attend an event, however you may give your tickets to another person to use.
Tixify Ticket Purchasing Fees
Non-refundable service fees may be added to each ticket and/or order. By purchasing tickets from Tixify, you agree to pay these fees and understand that the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for any carrier fees associated with mobile ticket delivery.
Pricing And Ticket Availability
Tixify sells tickets on behalf of event organizers which means Tixify does not determine the ticket prices, booking fees, postage and handling fees (if posted tickets are an option) or the seating selections.
Ticket inventory is the responsibility of the event organizer. Given inventory set by the event organizer, popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available in addition to inventory using Tixify set by the event organizer, however only the event organizer controls this inventory and its availability.
Limits On Tickets Purchases Per Customer
When purchasing tickets on Tixify, you are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets for each event unless the event organizer has authorised such purchases in its terms and conditions. If you try to circumvent the Tixify platforms to purchase more than 10 tickets the event organizer may at its discretion cancel additional bookings. This limitation has been designed to prevent unfair buying practices at popular events and make sure everyone gets a fair chance of attending the event. The reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited by non-authorised re-sellers, tickets found to be re-sold maybe voided and cancelled at Tixify’s discretion.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
Tixify currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover credit/debit cards for card payment. Aditionally, you can pay with Paypal, Sofort, Bancontact and Ideal. All transactions will post a "Ticketingpayments" memo on your billing/bank statement. Some payment methods might be unavailable for certain events.
Credit Card Purchases – Proof Of Identity
In most cases where you purchase your tickets using a credit card, in order to collect your tickets, you will be required to present the credit card used to purchase tickets and a picture identification, which must match each other and must match the name under which the booking was made.
You can only buy tickets with your parent’s or another person’s credit card if:
You have both permission to use the credit card and can bring it to the event or;
You have permission to use the card and the card holder has completed the Tixify credit card authorisation form – you will need to bring the form completed by the card holder to the event – click here to view and print AND IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH EITHER OF THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE LET INTO THE EVENT, even with a valid ticket.
All purchases are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.
Licensed Venues – Proof Of Identity
In Europe, Tixify sometimes sells tickets for events at licensed venues, and these venues require a valid driver’s license, passport or proof of age to prove you are over 18 years of age. You may need to present this proof at the event venue to obtain admission.
Delivery Of Tickets
Through the Tixify platform the event organizer may elect to offer one or more of the following delivery options for your ticket order. The proof of identity requirements set out in this Terms of Service will apply regardless of the delivery of ticket method used.
By “email / e-ticket” option: The Tixify platform provides an opportunity for you to provide your email address and will attempt to deliver your e-ticket by email to that email address. If you do not receive your e-ticket then please contact Tixify by email email@example.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
By “at the door” option: Tickets delivered through “at the door” delivery option are typically available one hour prior to the event start time at the location set by the event organizer.
By “Post” or “Registered Post” option: Please ensure you supply the correct billing and credit card account information for ticket orders as incorrect details will delay processing and delivery. Tixify and event organizer do not post to PO Boxes.
Delivery of tickets are the responsibility of the event organizer, unless Tixify has undertaken to provide this service to the event organizer. If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow at least 10 working days after your order is made to receive your tickets from the event organizer unless the event organizer has provided express delivery options. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact the event organizer via the phone number or email address supplied on the event organizer Tixify event page or contact Tixify at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All purchases are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.
Refusal of Services
Tixify reserves the right to bar any user from use of any or all of Tixify's services at any time, under any circumstances, and for any reason. Violation of any of the guidelines below will always result in such punitive action.
Posting or linking to any illegal or unlawful content — including defamatory or copyrighted materials — on the Tixify website will result in the termination, without compensation or liability to you, of all services that Tixify provides.
Posting any of the following on the Tixify website may result in the termination, without compensation or liability to you, of all services that Tixify provides:
- Any communication that incites or promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry or physical harm to others
- Any communication that promotes harassment of others
- Any pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Any communication that solicits personal information for commercial or advertising purposes that is not otherwise approved by Tixify
- Any communication intended to engage others in commercial activities that is not otherwise approved by Tixify
Ticket Purchasing Limits
In order to discourage unfair ticket purchase practices, event organizers may set maximum limits for the number of tickets purchased per person. Tixify is not responsible for these limits, nor are we able to circumvent them in any way. Any attempted or actual circumvention of these limits by a customer will result in the termination, without compensation or liability to you, of any further use of any Tixify services and the nullification of any tickets purchased.
Unlawful Ticket Reselling
Tixify in no way condones the unlawful resale of tickets. Any unlawful attempt to resell tickets purchased through Tixify will result in Tixify terminating those tickets without compensation or liability to you, as well as the customer being barred indefinitely from use of any Tixify services.

To change/withdraw advertised artists, programs or seating without notice.
event organizers may also append the Tixify terms and conditions and these additional terms are displayed and agreed to by the purchaser during the booking process.
Violation of Terms
If you violate any of the terms herein, Tixify reserves the right to terminate your account, bar you from using any Tixify services, cancel any ticket orders and take appropriate legal action, in each case without compensation or liability to you.
INDEMNITY FOR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS TIXIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TIXIFY PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST (I) ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, SETTLEMENTS, FINES, PENALTIES, ACTIONS, LAWSUITS AND LEGAL ACTIONS BROUGHT BY ANY THIRD PARTY AGAINST ANY OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO (A) YOUR USE OF THE TIXIFY SYSTEM, THE TIXIFY WEBSITE, OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY TIXIFY; (B) YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS; (C) ANY CONTENT OR FEEDBACK YOU PROVIDE; (D) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (E) ANY ALLEGATION THAT THE CONTENT YOU PROVIDE OR DATA OR INFORMATION YOU INPUT INTO THE TIXIFY SYSTEM OR WEBSITE INFRINGES, MISAPPROPRIATES, OR VIOLATES THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY (COLLECTIVELY, “THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS”); AND (II) ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SETTLEMENTS, JUDGMENTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING PAYMENT OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES’ ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) INCURRED BY ANY OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES, ASSESSED OR FOUND AGAINST ANY OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES, OR MADE BY ANY OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES, RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM ANY SUCH THIRD-PARTY ACTION (COLLECTIVELY, “THIRD PARTY RELATED LOSSES”).
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS TO THE TIXIFY PARTIES APPLY EVEN IF SUCH THIRD-PARTY ACTION AND THIRD PARTY RELATED LOSSES ARISE FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY KIND OR DEGREE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW, OR OTHER FAULT OR WRONGDOING OF ANY OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES.
HOWEVER, NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO REQUIRE ANY INDEMNIFICATION THAT WOULD RENDER OR MAKE THIS CLAUSE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, VOID AND/OR UNENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. FURTHER, YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY WILLFUL, WANTON, INTENTIONAL OR RECKLESS MISCONDUCT OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE TIXIFY PARTIES IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT PERMIT INDEMNIFICATION FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
“THIRD PARTY” INCLUDES, AMONG OTHERS, OTHER USERS OF THE TIXIFY WEBSITE, YOUR SPOUSE, PARTNER, FAMILY MEMBERS, GUESTS, NEIGHBORS, FLATMATES, TENANTS, AND EMPLOYEES, AND ANY INSURANCE COMPANY.
Tixify reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Tixify and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any such claim without Tixify prior written consent.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TIXIFY’S WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TIXIFY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. TIXIFY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CONDITIONS OR COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIXIFY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE REGARDING AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY USE OR PURPOSE, COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY STANDARDS OR USER REQUIREMENTS, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE IN TRADE. TIXIFY HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELINESS, DELETION, MISDELIVERY, OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY CONTENT OR USER COMMUNICATION.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE TIXIFY PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH TIXIFY’S WEBSITE OR SERVICES (INCLUDING YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SAME), WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF A TIXIFY PARTY HAS EXPRESS KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL TIXIFY PARTIES’ LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $50, EVEN IF THIS REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Tixify is not responsible for any content or services provided by or made available through any websites outside of the Tixify website. This includes any content posted on the event organizer’s website or on any sites linked from the event pages.
If you select a payment plan during checkout, your tickets will be reserved at the time of purchase. We will charge your credit card at the time of purchase and again automatically on all dates designated in your payment plan. Once your account is paid in full, your tickets will be delivered. If we are unable to process any scheduled payment, we will contact you to update your payment information. If you do not complete your payments as planned, your order may be subject to cancellation, and you will forfeit any payments. This decision is left to the discretion of the event organizer. Please note that if the order is canceled, you will lose your ticket reservation, and the tickets will be returned to the inventory for another customer to purchase.
Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using Tixify. Tixify does not knowingly collect or use information from children under 13 through the Tixify Service.
Tixify grants you a non-exclusive right to access the Tixify Service for the purposes of browsing the site, searching for events, registering for events, and interacting with events, organizers, and Tixify. The following uses of the Service — including the site and all functions therein — are strictly forbidden:
- Using the Service in any way that violates the Terms of Service;
- Using the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise disclose the underlying source code or infrastructure of the Service;
- Using the Service for fraudulent activity or activity that facilitates fraud;
- Using or enabling others to use bots, scrapers, spiders, or any other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without the written permission of Tixify;
- Using or enabling others to use the Service in a way that imposes what Tixify deems to be an illicit, excessive, or unnecessarily heavy burden on our infrastructure, regardless whether such activity is an intentional attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site;
- Bypassing or enabling others to bypass any measures we take to restrict access to unauthorized areas of the Service.
